Windshield Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in the Cars Renewed Auto Glass Referral Program. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
       The Cars Renewed Auto Glass Referral Program ("Program") is open      to all individuals who refer new customers ("Referrer") to Cars      Renewed Auto Glass St. Charles ("Company"). Referrers must be at      least 18 years of age to participate. 
2. Referral Definition
       A referral is defined as a new customer who:
   • Has not previously used the Company’s services.
   • Books and completes an auto glass repair or replacement service.
   • Pays for the service in full.

1. Referral Reward
       The Referrer will receive a $40 reward for each valid referral. The reward will be paid via Amazon gift card either in person or digitally within 30 days after the referred customer’s service has been completed and payment has been received in full.
2. Referral Process (Referrer eligibility for reward)
       At time of scheduling, the Referral must provide the 6-digit coupon code given to the Referrer. Once the windshield replacement has been completed and paid  for in full by the Referred party, a text will be sent to the Referrer notifying  them of their payment eligibility. The Referrer can call Cars Renewed for verification by providing the referred customer’s full name and contact information. 
3. Limitations
   • There is no limit on the number of referrals a Referrer can make.
   • Referrals  must be new customers; previous or existing customers are not eligible  for referral rewards.
   • Only one Referrer is eligible to receive the referral reward for each referred customer.
   • If  multiple Referrers claim the same referral, the reward will be given to the Referrer whose referral information was received first by the  Company.

1. Disqualification
       Referrals that do not meet these terms and conditions, including      fraudulent or incomplete referrals, will not be eligible for rewards. The      Company reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer or referred customer  for non-compliance with these terms.
2. Changes to the Program
       The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will not affect previously      earned rewards.
3. Taxes
       Any rewards earned through the Program may be subject to income tax      reporting requirements. Referrers are responsible for reporting and paying      any applicable taxes.
4. Liability
       The Company is not responsible for any technical or human errors that may occur in the process of collecting or providing referral rewards. By      participating in the Program, Referrers agree to release the Company from      any liability arising from or related to this Program.
5. Governing Law
       These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of      Missouri, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate court of      jurisdiction in St. Charles County, Missouri.

By participating in the Cars Renewed Auto Glass Referral Program ("Program"), the Referrer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cars Renewed Auto Glass St. Charles and its officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "the Company") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees and legal costs) arising out of or related to:

1. The Referrer's participation in the Program.
2. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Referrer.
3. Any misrepresentation, false statement, or misleading information provided by the Referrer in connection with the Program.
4. Any violation of applicable laws, rules, or regulations by the Referrer in relation to their participation in the Program.
5. Any actions or omissions by the Referrer that result in damage to or liability for the Company, including but not limited to fraudulent referrals, harassment of potential customers, or violation of privacy laws.

The Company reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and the Referrer agrees to cooperate fully with the Company in asserting any available defenses.

Cars Renewed Auto Glass St. Charles ("Company") is committed to ensuring that its Referral Program ("Program") is inclusive and accessible to all eligible individuals. The Program is open to all participants regardless of race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.

The Company does not tolerate discrimination in any form, and participation in the Program must adhere to principles of fairness and respect for all individuals. Any behavior that violates these principles, including discriminatory conduct or exclusionary practices, will result in immediate disqualification from the Program and may lead to further legal action if necessary.

The Company reserves the right to take appropriate action to ensure compliance with these principles and to maintain a respectful and non-discriminatory environment for all participants.

   • Phone number
   • Mailing address
   • Information about the auto glass services booked or referred.

   • Process and validate referrals.
   • Communicate with Referrers and referred customers.
   • Distribute referral rewards.
   • Improve our services and customer experience.

   • We will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties. Your information will be used solely for the purposes of managing the Referral Program and facilitating communication related to the services provided by the Company.

Despite these measures, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

These providers are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your information and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.
3. Your Rights
